Our Bourbon & Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce smothers these pork loin ribs, made the easy way. In this recipe, the smoke is already in the sauce!
- 1 teaspoon, ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons, salt
- 1 bottle (7oz), Spirit & Co.'s Bourbon & Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce
Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover. Season with garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Bring water to a boil, and cook ribs until tender, around 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Sit back, have a beer and wait for the ribs to cook. When they're nearing completion, preheat your oven to 350F.
Remove ribs from pot, and place them on a baking dish. Pour our Bourbon & Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce over the ribs, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for a further 45 minutes to 1 hour.
