Spirit & Co. is independently owned and operated by an entrepreneurial family in Chicagoland, IL, who created it because we believe our brand and products are unique and compelling. What is your best value order?
We ship all orders in a custom box capable of holding six bottles. For best value, order four or more sauces and orders over $35 include shipping.
Why do you charge for shipping under $35?
We charge shipping on orders under $35 at the price we pay for it from our carriers (UPS/USPS). There are no mark-ups or additional costs for picking, packaging and handling, all of which we cover directly. We charge shipping under $35 for the simple reason that we have to, our business cannot support an alternative.
Can you help us with our corporate gifting?

Do you sauces contain alcohol?
We use liquor as an ingredient in all our sauces. During production, our ingredients are combined into a sauce, and brought to a simmer. During cooking, the alcohol evaporates, and the flavors from the liquor intensify as the sauce is reduced, and cooked to our desired texture, flavor, and viscosity.
What is the shelf life on your sauces?
All of our sauces have a minimum 24 month shelf-life from the date of production; giving you plenty of time to consume your sauces. One opened, our sauces should be kept refrigerated.
How do I store your sauces?
Prior to opening, our sauces should be stored in dry, ambient conditions, such as in a kitchen cabinet. Once opened, our sauces should be kept refrigerated.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Bensenville, IL via UPS. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days depending on your region. We only ship within the contiguous USA.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. You are able to track your order from the link provided in our email.
